And a roll of vellum wrapping paper in silver stars!
For her famous Banana Bread:
3 or 4 banana's mashed
1/3 cup butter melted
1 cup sugar (try organic or raw sugar for a carmel taste)
1 Beaten Egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Mix banana and butter, then sugar egg and vanilla, then baking soda and salt, and lastly flour.
Bake @ 350 for an hour in 4x8 loaf pan.
